What is Open Enrollment?
Open Enrollment is a State of Wisconsin program that allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live.
Who may participate?
Wisconsin residents in grades 4K to 12 may apply to participate in open enrollment.
How and when may parents apply?
The open enrollment application period for the 2022-23 school year is now closed. You may complete an Alternative Open Enrollment Application if you would like to apply for your child to attend Elk Mound Area Schools for the 2022-2023 school year and are not a district resident by completing an alternative open enrollment application at the following website:

Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.
If you do not have access to the internet, please feel free to contact Theresa Lauer, Open Enrollment Coordinator at the district office at 715-879-5066 and a paper copy of the open enrollment application can be provided.
When will parents be notified of their students’ acceptance or denial?
